Support Workbench
Support Workbench

Explain the issue once and send the right details the first time.

Support should not make users guess what to send. Build a clear support note for account access, payments, payouts, creator verification, offer delivery, refunds, marketplace issues, or resource access.

Real-world problem

This is the work TSWG should remove.

Most support delays happen because the first message is missing the offer URL, creator name, account email, order, payment method, screenshot, expected outcome, or exact request. This page helps users send the right details immediately.

Operating standard

Pain → System → Output → Trust → Paid next step.

Every serious page should help the user build something they can copy, send, sell, publish, test, or use today.

Pain

Start with the job the user is struggling to finish.

No vague “creator growth” language. Name the stuck moment: unclear offer, no proof, scattered expertise, no paid step, weak support, unclear delivery.

System

Turn the pain into an operating asset.

Build a checklist, SOP, template, campaign brief, pricing sheet, proof request, buyer FAQ, launch kit, plugin brief, or marketplace card.

Output

Give the user something they can use immediately.

The page must produce a copy-ready result: roadmap, offer card, support message, launch email, proof request, or resource pack.

Trust

Make the next step feel safe.

Show delivery, support, proof, rights, refund/access path, pricing logic, and what happens after payment.

Revenue

Connect the asset to one paid path.

Resource, session, workshop, subscription, custom work, affiliate path, marketplace offer, or software/toolkit sale.

Action

Remove the blank page.

The user should know exactly what to build, copy, send, publish, test, or sell next.

Working tool
